What do the menu items stand for?

The menu bar can be found on the left side of your HRinstruments tools.

The menu can consist of the following subitems:

Overview
With the overview, you have quick access to various data derived directly from your feedback tools and results.

Feedbacks
Here you can access all current and past feedbacks to which you have access rights. You can see the status of ongoing surveys, download reports, invite other participants to ongoing feedbacks, view the number of participants and start new feedbacks.

Performance Management
Create and track goals (or OKRs) and link them to feedback and development tasks.

Tasks
Manage development tasks derived from various feedback formats.

Users and company structure
This option is available for administrators only. Here you can view and change the access rights of the employees.

Instant Feedback
Request new instant feedback, view the instant feedback you’ve received, and distribute awards to your colleagues.

Evaluations
Here you have access to the evaluations of your surveys. You can additionally configure advanced reports or manage back-testing. For example, create cross-cutting reports (reports that span multiple levels) or other custom reports.

Depending on the scope of your HRinstruments tools and individual user permissions, the number of items displayed in the menu may vary.
