Here you can find a list of error types that can occur during your data import. They are sorted by the type of file you upload: LOS error and warning types and LOP error and warning types. The errors have to be corrected in the files and the file then uploaded again. The warnings have to be checked, but not necessarily corrected.
LOS (List of Structures = Organizational data)
- Missing additional report recipient (Recursive)
- Missing additional report recipient
- Duplicate ID
- Empty ID
- ID used by other departments
- Too long ID
- Empty name
- Too long name
- Missing parent department
- Parent department cannot be the department itself
- Number of columns does not match the required amount
LOP (List of Participants = Employee data)
- Empty department
- Missing department
- This error message indicates that you have used the “Department” column, but there is no valid value in some lines. To see which lines are missing, you can unfold the error message. Valid values are IDs or department names for departments that either already exists or are included in a parallel uploaded file for “Departments”.
- User has state “Do not synchronize”
- Missing department (Start feedbacks)
- Denied department (Start feedbacks)
- Empty gender
